Under the
Carob Tree

The program focuses on sharing the knowledge of Agroecology accumulated over recent years through the farm’s experience. It does so through activities with children, workshops, hands-on training, and providing knowledge in Arabic, alongside other popular educational activities about farming and food sovereignty.

The Circle

The Circle is a gathering space that can host up to 50 people for events, workshops, and performances. It is entirely built using natural material, including dry stone, clay, wood, and lime.

Syntropic
Farming

Since 2020, we have been experimenting with syntropic farming as a regenerative approach to soil restoration through biomass and organic matter production. This method increases biodiversity and integrates perennial species into our plots, while experimenting with regenerative production systems that are not dependent on annuals only. La Loma Viva in Spain has generously supported us with consultation, design, and follow-ups. We implemented our first design in 2021 and a second one in 2025.

Natural Pool

We are currently developing a natural pool designed to be filtered through continuous water circulation and the root systems of aquatic plants. Beyond recreation, the pool is intended to function as a water reservoir during periods of water shortage or inconsistent supply.
